Q: “What services does your diesel shop offer?”
Fontleroy is pleased to accept returns on any undamaged, defective, or unworn boots within 30 days of proof of purchase from the Fontleroy website. To be eligible for a full refund, all boots must be in their original condition with proof of purchase. Please ensure that boots are postmarked for return within 14 days of receiving. You’ll receive a complete refund 10 days after the product is received by our team. If you would like to exchange your boots, we accept exchanges up to 14 days from the delivery date. You can email info@fontleroy.com. with questions about this process.
